Day 2:  Today’s SELF –


SMART goals are the best way to set goals and to achieve them. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relative, Time Bound.

Exchange a pessimistic attitude for an optimistic outlook. Be positive.

Lighten up on yourself. If you have begun a new diet and have already cheated, do not beat yourself up. Just make your next meal healthier and move on.

Find new things – new book, new recipe to try, new workout, new website to follow.
